Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At A11N, we want customers to feel confident when ordering from our official website. This page explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for eligible orders.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • include the original packaging
  • be returned with proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

Please contact support@a11nsports.com before sending any item back.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • gift cards
  • downloadable software products
  • items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition not caused by A11N
  • items returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product defect or a shipping error caused by A11N.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted. This may include:

  • items that are not in original condition
  • items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by A11N
  • items that do not meet the return condition requirements

A11N reserves the right to determine whether a return qualifies for a full or partial refund.

6. Sale and Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact support@a11nsports.com and include:

  • your order number
  • the product name
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos or video if applicable

If the exchange is approved, we will replace the item with the same product whenever possible. If the original product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement at our discretion.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect, damaged delivery, or an error caused by A11N.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. A11N is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
