Warranty Policy

At A11N, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to eligible A11N products purchased through our official website or authorized sales channels and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This policy is designed to give customers added confidence when purchasing dependable pickleball equipment built for real play and repeated use.

1. What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the product.

If a product is confirmed to be defective and falls within the applicable warranty period, A11N may, at its discretion:

  • replace the product with the same model, or
  • replace the product with a comparable model if the original item is no longer available

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period by Product Category

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or maintenance
  • damage resulting from accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  • damage caused by exposure to extreme weather, prolonged outdoor exposure, or other environmental conditions beyond normal intended use
  • lost or stolen items
  • consumable parts or components expected to wear over time through normal use

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@a11nsports.com with the following information:

  • your order number
  • the product name
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos or video showing the defect
  • your current shipping address

Providing complete information helps us review your claim more quickly.

5. Claim Review and Resolution

Once we receive your warranty request, our team will review the claim and may contact you for additional information if needed.

If the claim is approved, A11N will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

  • replacement of the defective item
  • replacement of the defective part or component
  • a comparable replacement if the original product is no longer available

A11N does not guarantee replacement with the exact same product color, packaging, or version if changes have been made since the original purchase.

6. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is limited to product replacement only unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A11N is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product covered by this warranty.
